Adopting a holistic approach, we always encourage our customers to address existing energy losses before investing in new energy-saving measures. For this reason, treating the outer envelope of a building should be considered a prerequisite for any efficiency improvement implemented within the conditioned space.

When assessing a new site, our specialized engineers evaluate the existing thermal envelope to determine its performance and identify potential deficiencies. Where needed, we propose corrective actions to enhance efficiency. Our inspections may include wall, ceiling and floor insulation, glazing performance, as well as insulation of HVAC piping and distribution networks. During our analysis, large facilities are subdivided into functional zones or blocks based on usage patterns and their heating or cooling interaction with the surrounding environment. We then assess available insulation materials and match their thermal performance coefficients (U-values) against expected savings and payback periods, enabling us to recommend the most effective and economically viable insulation solutions for each application.
